Bute Island Foods
G2 were asked by Bute Island Foods over in Rothesay to design, supply and install a new blast chill as part of their food processing plant extension.
This required a refrigeration system that was capable of reducing 10 tonne of vegan cheese products from 70 Degrees Celsius to 4 Degrees in within a 12 hr cycle.
G2 designed , supplied and installed a system utilising an SCM Condensing unit with a Luuve Evaporator.
This was an excellent project to be involved in and we are really pleased with the final product.
